After discussion by designers, engineers, technicians and other parties, the feasible scheme was won: double-head suction-friction paging detection platform.
It adopts the method of "one machine and two heads". When the product is made of various materials and cannot be changed, we will take the upper suction type paging head and the friction type paging head as the independent paging backbone, and one side can be stable.
It is compatible with the conveyor line, and the conveyor line can be used for two independent paging heads without any deviation, whether it is rack coding, labeling, visual inspection and other equipment.
In the same field to achieve non-interference, mutual compatibility of the scene, to help customers solve the most headache, in the actual production line work performance has also reached customer satisfaction.
