Many packaging materials such as bread bags, frozen food and chicken bags are mainly film bags. Because the materials are "ultra-soft, ultra-thin and large static electricity", friction feeder cannot be used to replace manual inkjet printing or labeling.
While collecting the factory's opinions on improving the labeling of film bags, we have successfully developed and manufactured this: automatic labeling suction cup feeding system
What are its components?
1. Automatic vacuum suction disc feeder: as the main operation platform, it has an automatic lifting storage bin with a height of 300mm, and the products are transported to the conveyor belt one by one by means of suction cup;
After a series of labeling on the conveyor belt, it smoothly enters the storage mechanism of qualified products.
2. Automatic labeling system: accurately paste small labels or labels flat on the corresponding positions, and the position accuracy is as high as ± ≤ 1mm.
What are the effects of this system on card manufacturers?
Assuming that the manual time to label and collect the bag neatly is 10 seconds, then this set of equipment only needs one second.
Twice shorten the production time at the same time, but also a good continuous work.
